Day 7!

Well, I have been behind on the exersising! Boo! I did do a Walk Away the Pounds video tape this evening and did the Brisk 2 mile walk. That is 2 miles in 30 Minutes. It felt fantastic. Last night I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

It is really hard to watch what I am eating or not eating on the weekends. When I am at work it is already ready for me. I get my snacks ready and everything is good to go for the day. But this weekend was hard. I just did not have the energy. I know that I need more sleep. (I am SO tired right now and I am sure making no sense!) So the girls and I are no longer going to fall asleep to the television, I think that really takes away a TON of sleep time.

ANYHOW, my scale STILL reads 142! I can not believe it. I think that I will have to add some money tomorrow when we weigh in. YUCK! Oh well, I just need to get my butt in gear, and in gear it will get!

It is a bit after 10 now, I plan to drink a glass of water, turn off the television and get into bed. My alarm is set for 5:15. which means I will roll out of bed at 5:30. I want to either do pilates, or the 2 mile walk again. Which makes it 6:00, PLENTY of time to get Arcadia ready, Eireland ready and out the door with Steven, and then Myself ready... It will all work out!

Well, so long for tonight!

142 and counting...

142, thats my weight. Or it was last week when I went to the doctors. My target weight? 120.

At work, we are starting our own version of The Biggest Loser, and I want to win. There is potential to win at least $50.00 at the end of a 4 month period. Weigh in is tomorrow, Tuesday January 9, 2007.

I decided to create a blog so I could track my progress over the 4 month period.

I have a plan ultimately. Eat healthy and exercise. Every day I will walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes while watching television or listening to my iPod before I go to bed. Five days a week I will do 30 minutes of Pilates when I wake up. Three days a week I will do a work out program for 30 minutes. I have already created my song list on my iPod that is equal to 35 minutes, so I just work out until the music stops!

I plan to blog almost everyday, that way I can see my progress, but my life does get busy, so I will ALWAYS post on Wednesdays to update my weight, because THAT is weigh in day. So heres to me and slimming down!

Day 1

I did not eat like crap today! Here is what my menu consisted of:

Breakfast: Yogurt (100 calories) and 1/4 of a Starbucks TRANS FAT FREE blueberry scone!
Snack: 100 calorie package of Corn nuts
Lunch: Smart Ones Veggie and Mozzarella sandwich (240 calories)
Snack: Almonds and beef Jerky- both home made and LO CAL!
Dinner: One VERY SMALL SLICE OF PIZZA!

I also drank the equivalent to 2 liters of water and still counting, since I will have 2-3 Venti iced waters at work!

I did not feel like crap today. Most of the time I want to fall asleep around 12:30, but I have had energy the entire day!

I work at Starbucks in about an hour and I still feel good to go! I am going to go and build my drink at Starbucks.com to see how many calories there are in it so I can see if I can drink one or two here or there! WOW! My drink is a tipple tall sugar free cinnamon Dulce Late with no whip! It is 90 Calories! WHOOO-HOOOO!!!! I can still drink them guilt free!

YAY! Day 1 is almost finished!
